“Latgolys šmakovka” is a distillery of local Latgalian strong drink located in a historically significant Malnava manor.

The owner of the distillery Jānis Krivtežs offers:

together with a guide find out how the traditional drink shmakovka (moonshine) was made in Malnava in the course of time from the beginning up to the present days (1-hour excursion – 10 Eur/ pers., excursion plus 3 various types of shmakovka degustation;
masterclass of “shmohito” cocktail creation – 15 EUR/pers.;
