“Škladi” is a place in Kubuli, Balvi region, owned by the Rozitis family from Riga. The territory of the former depot of Balvi railway station is gradually restored, the dilapidated buildings are renovated and the territory is planted with greenery, thus creating an attractive environment not only for inhabitants of the Balvi region but also for visitors. The Rozitis family – Inta and Dzintars Rozitis – are convinced that by investing effort, energy, time, and financial resources into the improvement of the territory, everyone will only benefit, and there will be one less environmentally hostile territory in Kubuli.
