The holiday home “Kaspari” is located 240 km from Rīga, in the Rēzekne region, next to Europe – St. Petersburg highway, 8 km from the center of Rēzekne in a picturesque place surrounded by meadows and waters. This is an ideal place for a relaxing family holiday, hiking, fishing, and nature observation.
Offer:
three bedrooms, 22 sleeping places;
shared shower and toilet;
the kitchen is equipped with all accessories (stove, dishes, microwave, electric kettle, refrigerator);
there is a terrace, outdoor furniture, and a grill lit only with coal (you must have your own coal with you), a place for a fire to cook soup;
private parking, also available for campers;
there are places for tents, a place for swimming, a volleyball court, boating, a children’s playground, a spacious area for active recreation.
We rent the house to the guests who are at least 23 years old, if agreed upon by phone, then it is possible for younger guests as well. The house is not rented out for bachelor parties, etc. Music can be played until 12 pm. Only those guests who know how to relax culturally and respect the peace of other people are invited.
Check-in from 3 pm, check-out until 12 am. If more people, the price is by agreement. Prices on holidays are by agreement. If you can’t get through, please send an SMS, write to WhatsApp or email.
