Farm “Buckwheat residence” (farm “Liepkalns”) is a new tourism offer in Latgale, in the Rēzekne region. At the farm, you can get acquainted with various types of biological crops that are grown, processed, and packaged there.
Since 2019, thanks to the support of various projects, the farm has started processing products: green buckwheat, buckwheat, peas, pea flour, whole wheat and rye flour, etc.
An offer of the farm:
cooking workshops;
taste and purchase products from biological grains (for groups of 10 or more persons);
a story about growing biological grain, creating new products;
presentation of bioproducts with tasting;
cooking workshops and tasting/lunch: buckwheat and pea pancakes, buckwheat waffles, buckwheat milk, green buckwheat pasta, etc.
Excursions are available during the season from May to September.
