You will gain new knowledge, taste KUUP coffees from different regions and experience the coffee-roasting process first-hand.

Discover the story of coffee in Latgale – how coffee beans travel from coffee-growing countries all the way to Latgale, and what “specialty coffee” actually means;
Learn about the roasting process and how it influences flavour;
Taste KUUP coffees from two different regions and compare their distinctive flavour profiles;
See the coffee-roasting process in action at the KUUP roastery;
Learn practical tips and little tricks for achieving exceptional coffee at home – how to choose the right grind size for different brewing methods and why water temperature and quality matter.

A professionally guided masterclass for groups of 5–40 people, including a coffee tasting featuring different roasting profiles.

Everyone is welcome! The experience is also family-friendly. While parents enjoy their coffee, children can taste milkshakes and chocolate drinks.
