A recreation complex is a suitable place for organizing sports events, seminars, conferences, and other events and relaxing with family on the shore of Lake Rāzna, which is the second largest lake by area in Latvia.
Offer:
various Latgalian culinary heritage dishes;
during the summer period (VI-VIII), it is possible to have a meal in the cafe; working hours from 9-18.
Special offer: ‘’Potato dračenka’’ (baked pudding of grated potatoes, fried onions, and meat).
Recipe. Grate potatoes on a rough grater, mix with flour, egg, add salt, ground black pepper and fry on a heated up frying pan from both sides. In another frying pan, sear onions and meat. Oil a deep frying pan evenly put fried potatoes and put in the oven to bake. Serve hot with sour cream and seared meat and onions.
Working hours by appointment and during the summer period (VI-VIII) it is possible to have a mean in the cafe, working hours 9-18.
