Baltinava Orthodox church is an Architectural Monument of national importance. It was built in 1901 from bricks, the church is 19 m long and 8 m wide. Church has a bell tower with four domes and gilded crosses. In the period from 1922–1929 church interior was freshly painted, were built two masonry porches and above entrance gates was built a brick tower with a cross. The сhurch is a typical regional building of the eclectic style with elements of Russian architecture. It successfully connects old Russian, neo-Byzantine and neo-Gothic architectural forms. The church is built of carved boulders and covered with decorative parts made of red bricks.
