Family restaurant “Fon Bubert” is located in the historic Stables building of the Counts Plater Palace complex in Krāslava, right next to the Krāslava Crafts Centre and the Krāslava District Museum. The historic interior recreates the atmosphere of the Plater manor.

“Fon Bubert” is a magical meeting place for those who enjoy taking their time, savouring good food and appreciating life’s pleasures. A place to come and meet people, to share everything that is on your heart with those close to you. A place to celebrate life’s great occasions and enjoy its little pleasures with childlike carefree joy.

Oh, and yes! The people of Krāslava will certainly be able to tell you more about “FON”. Be sure to ask at the local museum, too! But as for the bubert… Hmmm… that is something you simply have to taste!

For guests’ comfort, the restaurant offers cosy indoor spaces and a spacious outdoor terrace overlooking Krāslava Palace Park. The necessary technical equipment – microphones, a large-format screen, etc. – is also available.

Delicious coffee breaks, buffet meals or full lunches and dinners for groups of up to 45 people are available for:

business seminars;
corporate events;
private celebrations.

Private and organised tourist groups of 10 or more people can also be accommodated outside regular opening hours by prior arrangement.
