Healing sauna “Papardes”

Black sauna “Papardes” is the place where visitors together with sauna master Ingūna Rauda can experience special sauna rituals. Specializes in women’s sauna rituals and massages.

During sauna rituals are used a various range of plants gathered from nearby meadows. Ingūna masterfully uses them in sauna brooms, “sheets” made from these plants, essential plants.

Enjoy relaxing and restoring sauna procedures, which will allow you to feel like a newborn.
