Apartments are located approx. 1 km from the city center and about 400 m from the sandy shore of the river Daugava. The apartments are designed to accommodate one family (max. 5 persons).

on the first floor, there is a shower, a hairdryer, a washing machine, 3 bodybuilder equipment (a bar, a treadmill and a power trainer);
on the second floor, there is one 5-bedded room with 2 double and 1 single sofa (with all necessary bed linen and towels);
a fully equipped kitchen and a toilet. In the kitchen, guests can use a refrigerator, microwave, gas stove, electric kettle, kitchen utensils, as well as other equipment. The room has a TV, DVD player, free Wi-Fi.
